1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our consulting services, you agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Our consulting services are at all times mentioned on our website. We
reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to
copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to our consulting services and materials belong to us.

4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any
proprietary information disclosed during the course of the consulting engagement.

5. Payments – Can be done electronically via designated business account or
payment link of Kaltan Enterprises FZE and payment terms are maximum 30 calendar days from the invoice generation post mutual agreement on service completion.

6. Limitation of Liability Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection
with this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services.

7. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement for cause upon written
notice to the other party with 30 days’ notice period.

8. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates and European Union (For EU clients).

9. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement
between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
